Rewired Necklace / Aqua Chalcedony & Sterling Silver

A braided bail of sterling silver unravels into swirls that lead down to three drips of beaded wire. The swirls are criss-crossed with layers of fused silver wire and beaded ends. Nestled between the chaotic overlapping wires sits a bright blue rose cut aqua chalcedony. All of this hangs on a collar of 14 gauge sterling  wire with fused silver accents. Finished with a high contrast patina, this necklace is an elegant but edgy, feminine but bold work of wearable art.
