Handcrafted Nature​
All jewelry is handcrafted one-of-a-kind or made in small batches.

Subtle variations in finish, texture, patina, or stone characteristics are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects. Natural stones may vary in color, inclusions, and pattern. These variations are part of what makes each piece individual.

Processing Times​
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Ready-to-ship pieces: 1–7 business days

Made-to-order pieces: 1–3 weeks

Custom work: Timeline discussed and confirmed prior to production

Shipping
​
Domestic (United States)
Orders ship via USPS with tracking provided.
​
Delivery estimates typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment. Carrier delays are outside of my control.
​
International
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
​
Delivery timelines vary based on destination and customs processing.
​
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages​
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact your local post office

File a missing mail claim with USPS

If a package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, contact me so a claim can be initiated.
Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for higher-value orders.

Returns & Exchanges
​Due to the small-batch and handmade nature of my work, all sales are final.
​​
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

I will assess the situation and determine appropriate next steps.
​
Ring Sizing
​Please verify your ring size before ordering.​ I am not responsible for incorrect sizes selected at checkout.
​
If resizing is possible, the customer is responsible for resizing fees and shipping costs. Some designs cannot be resized due to construction.

Repairs
​If a piece requires repair due to a workmanship issue within 30 days of delivery, I will repair it at no charge. The customer is responsible for shipping.

Repairs resulting from:

Improper care

Exposure to water or chemicals

Impact or accidental damage

General wear over time
may incur a repair fee.

Custom Work
Custom pieces are created in close collaboration and require half payment as deposit before production begins and final payment before the work is shipped.
​
All custom work is final sale and non-refundable.
Minor changes may be possible within 48 hours of purchase, depending on production status.

Payments & Chargebacks​
By placing an order, you agree to these policies.

If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, I reserve the right to dispute the claim with order documentation, tracking confirmation, and correspondence.

Product Photography
Every effort is made to accurately represent each piece. Variations in lighting when photographing and screen settings may result in slight differences in color appearance.

Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at my discretion.
