The Space Between / Rainbow Moonstone & Sterling Silver Ring / Sz US 8-9*

This stone comes from a lesson learned the hard way. I won’t go into details, but the gist is that I was deeply disappointed by someone I entrusted with something important. One result of that mess was this broken rainbow moonstone. I thought there was no better way to move past what happened than to use the broken stone in a new work of wearable art.
 
Atop a band of silver dust and saw mark-textured silver, two halves of a marquise of flashy rainbow moonstone sit in bright tattered bezel and prong settings atop a band of silver dust and saw mark-textured silver. It is a broken but beautiful, bold but elegant one-of-a-kind symbol of resilience.
